ITINERARY
-
We will pick you up from either the Vigo, Santiago or Porto airport and head to lunch or dinner, depending on your arrival time. This first day will be dedicated to getting you settled into your hotel and introducing you to our beautiful home.
Our first stop will be Tui, a city on the border of Valença do Miño, Portugal. As we stroll through its old town, we'll discover the imprints left by different cultures over time. This is a tour to be savored slowly, paying close attention to every corner. We may even start or finish our tour at its majestic 12th-century Cathedral.
We'll then cross into Portugal to explore Valença do Miño and, upon our return, end the day with a relaxing dinner where we can savor the delicious local cuisine.
-
After breakfast, we will visit our 1st winery.
On our second day, we'll visit Adega do Vimbio, a project by Martín Crusat and Patricia Elola dedicated to preserving the traditional wines of the region.
Their commitment to the land is clear in their sustainable, hands-on approach. They respect traditional methods to create authentic, high-quality wines. Always eager to experiment, these friends will invite us to taste everything from their traditional wines to more adventurous selections like natural wines.
After a fantastic lunch, we'll head to Vigo, stopping along the way at the historic town of Baiona to discover its charm. This is the very port from which La Pinta, one of Columbus's caravels, sailed on the voyage that led to the discovery of America.
-
After breakfast, we will visit our second winery.

We can't say goodbye to Galicia without visiting its charming coastal towns, where history is still very much alive.
Our tour will take us to Combarro, a picturesque fishing village famous for its granaries by the sea. Declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1972, it has a truly unique atmosphere.
After enjoying a traditional lunch in Pontevedra, another rich heritage town, we will head to our final destination taking with us the memories of this unforgettable experience.
For those not staying for the final night, we can drop you off where we did pick you up in either Vigo, Orense or Porto. Please let us know your preferred drop-off location in advance so we can finalize arrangements.
For those of you continuing with the tour, our last night will be spent in the charming city Vigo, Santiago, or Porto.
After we check into our hotel, a local guide will take us on a one-hour walk through the city's historic center. Afterward, you'll have the chance to enjoy some of the region's exceptional food and wine with Ana.
